New MOH

According to the latest edition of PC Zone there's a new MOH due soon ( soon probably meaning a couple of years in game industry time). It's set in Afghanistan and is pretty similar to MW. Tho it's one redeeming factor will be full dedicated servers!

according to reviews its funnier, i preordered the game, beta is awesome! so much fun. i like it.

I like how he didn't care for the slaughter of british troops in pretty much every other CoD/MoH ever, and yet this one has no brits in it anyway.

Anyway, this is exactly what EA want. Nothing like a bit of controversy to raise intrest.

I've been reading a few reviews of the MOH Beta. There's some very mixed feeling out there....slow movement ala BF2, too similar to MW2...stuff like that.

Toying with the idea of pre-ordering it, but now I'm not sure. Did anyone get a change to play the beta??

I did. Room for improvement (But it was beta) Found the gameplay was much more like BFBC2 and BF2 than MW2 tbh, which is unsurprising as its being developed by DICE. Points streaks instead of killstreaks, which should encourage people to go for objectives instead of the camp fest that is MW2. Only similarities to MW2 i could see where the some of the streaks (UAV for example) and the fact that its now in a modern setting, but other than that, it's basically battlefield under the medal of honor name.

Oh and you can unlock weapon attatchments, but thats another feature from battlefield really, that most will just see as copying MW2
