If you are experiencing an issue that has not yet been flagged, please either leave a comment on this page or in the forum and we will attempt to rectify it asap.

Current Issues

Key:

= Everything’s hunky dory

= Minor issue. Nothing to get too stressed about. 
Service should not be overly effected, and if it is it won’t be for long.

= Major Problem. It’s all gone Pete Tong!!
Service will be effected. Where possible a fix ETA will be provided, but probably best not to bombard HQ with questions.
It’ll only take longer for them to sort the issue if they have to stop every five minutes to respond to queries.
